    All players to register negative Lateral Flow test 24hrs prior to performance.

    Maintain 2m social distance from staff and guests at all times.

    Wash hands upon arrival at venue, after completing setup, after using facilities and before leaving.

    Carry personal hand sanitiser to use frequently throughout the engagement.

    Carry disinfectant spray for use on our equipment throughout the engagement.

    Ensure that musicians wear face masks when talking to guests or venue staff, if in an enclosed environment.

    Ensure that Weddington Strings equipment is not touched by guests or venue staff.

    Request venue staff and guests not to touch our equipment. Use appropriate signage if necessary.

    Wipe down equipment with disinfectant spray if touched by venue staff or guests, and on leaving the venue.

    Minimise contact with venue staff and maintain 2m distance at all times.

    Wear a face mask when moving through the venue or talking to staff.

    Ensure that staff do not touch equipment. Use appropriate signage if necessary.

    Wash or sanitise hands before touching 
any surfaces.

  • Action taken to minimize risk

    All players to register negative Lateral Flow test 24hrs prior to performance.

    If there is not a suitable distance between all players to each other (2m), and to guests (3m), or adequate ventilation, ensure all musicians wear face masks when performing.

    Ensure musicians wear a face mask when moving through the venue or talking to guests, if not outside.

    Ensure that guests do not touch equipment. Use appropriate signage if necessary.

    Avoid unnecessary interaction with guests.
